Question: When do you ship orders?
Usually I mail packages within three days or less after receiving an order. Occasional it takes a little longer. (I am a company of one person!) I mail CDs and books via media mail. Media mail takes normally the same time as priority mail, but occasionally the post office takes quite a bit longer. Likewise, some people at the post office tell me that media mail takes longer, yet others at the post office says that it does not.
For international mail, I track packages to the USA customs at the border. After that there is no tracking. The time it takes to get a package to you is fairly quick sometimes and at others ridiculously long time (3 weeks-ish). It usually depends on the speed of the foreign mail system and also the time it takes to go through customs. For example, I live very close to Canada, but a package can take up to three weeks to arrive in Canada. I have no idea why it takes so long, but the service to Canada is reliable.
