Shipping is guaranteed to the USA borders. I ship thousands of international products, and almost all countries have excellent, reliable mail service, but not all of them. In some countries, mail delivery is unreliable and often gets stolen or lost. I do not guarantee delivery once the product arrives in your country. The United States Postal Service won’t investigate mail lost in other countries. They will track the progress in other countries, and we can both access that!
